In the app
The gear at the top right of the home screen, then Delete account, then confirm.
What that deletes
Your account on our server, and everything held against it: your coins, the costumes bought with coins, your daily board scores, your board name, the receipts for anything you bought, and any name reports you sent or received.
The database rows go immediately. Daily backup copies, which exist so an account can be recovered after a mistake, are deleted within 30 days.
A purchase made with money lives with Apple or Google, and can be restored there at any time. The receipt we hold for it is deleted with the account.
Without the app
Write to [email protected] from any address, with your board name if you remember it. We delete the account and all its data within 30 days, and confirm by reply.
The game has no login, so a board name is the only way we can identify an account. One that never typed a name cannot be found once the phone is gone.
